Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Eddy Ulba products. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return window

You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived faulty or damaged.

How to start a return

Email us at eddyulbacosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
